My website is:

I'm having an issue with the Cart Menu Point.

When I add the Cart Menu Point to my menu, instead of rendering the cart count correctly, it outputs raw HTML in the menu like this:

Cart <span class="laycart-button-count"> (2)

So the <span> is not being interpreted properly and appears as text.

Some context:

WooCommerce is installed and working correctly
The cart page itself works fine and shows correct item count
The issue only happens in the menu (outside the cart page)
I am not using any cart plugins (no Side Cart, no Menu Cart plugin)
Same behavior on both desktop and mobile (although mobile sometimes behaves differently)

What I’ve tried:

Removing and re-adding the Cart Menu Point
Using a normal /cart/ link instead (works but no count)
Clearing cache
No custom JS related to cart

Question:
Is the Cart Menu Point supposed to work without a Side Cart plugin?
Or is there a dependency required for the count to render correctly?

Hello Armin, and Laytheme users.

The order received mail doesn´t has the Laytheme style, but has the by default Woocommerce style. There is anyway to fix it?
(First capture is from Customizing/Woocommerce...).

The Cart menu works now, adding [woocommerce_cart] to text.
But still showed the woocommerce checkout under the laytheme checkout after adding [woocommerce_checkout] to text.

After many attempts of reinstalling the theme and WooCommerce plugin I can't get Cart and Checkout pages to display in the theme style. I would appreciate so much if someone knew how to solve it. Thanks so much
